Smiling Chef

Ordering etiquette is important for everyone. With so many meals being ordered out of the home now more than ever it is crucial for customers to have the knowledge necessary to get their meals quickly and made correctly. It is our hope that these guidelines give you insight into making the transaction between you and your restaurant as easy

and quick as possible.

The back kitchens of restaurants are busy places
What many people don't know is that the kitchen space of the restaurant they are ordering their food from is usually a very fast paced busy area. The staff is moving quickly doing their best to make and serve their customers the food as fast as possible. If you expect your food to be made for you quickly, you must know that the kitchen staff is doing everything they can to make that happen. Here is how you can help to get your food faster:

When you call to put your order in have your order ready.

Know what you want before you call, don't call and then ask everyone you're with what they want. This will put everything behind including your order.

Pizza sizes and cuts are standard knowledge, please know them before you call.

When your call is answered just jump right into ordering. No need to ask if you can place an order, of course you can place an order. **Just start giving your order right off the bat, waitstaff are ready and waiting to write it down.
