Our Gluten Friendly pizzas are made without gluten. We are extremely careful in preventing cross contamination with gluten, however, all our pizzas are cooked in the same oven near each other. We use separate pizza cutters for our gluten friendly pizzas and they are baked on their own special tray to further prevent cross contamination.
